Clearly Stressed

I'm really worried about our new dog, Brew. I'm afraid he's just not comfortable here yet.

I mean, you can plainly see that he's stressed to the max. All this tension can't be good for him.

How long must he fret and worry that the kids don't like him? That the other dog doesn't like him? How long must he carry around this burden of anxiety???

I just hope he learns to relax before he gets an ulcer.

Oh you make me so excited to get dogs again! Although the boys are now trying to negotiate one baby and one puppy, rather than two puppies. I am willing to consider it...my best friend is a surrogate you know; Kenny...not so much! :)

Really...you ought to consider giving him to a home that will actually love him and make him feel like part of the family!

I mean...just look at those pics!!

He's SOOOOO mistreated!!

That is one cute picture! We breed Labs and thoroughly enjoy them. He looks really stressed out too. Maybe you need to take him to some doggie psychology sessions to learn how to cope in his new environment ~ you know, tolerance, acceptance, etc. . . haha!

That is so sweet! I'm glad he fit in so well; you never know how it's going to turn out til you take the plunge. Looks like everything lined up in your favor to make for a perfect adoption!

What lovely sweet photos. You surely have a winner in Brewski...even if he does chew everything in sight. I especially likes the entire set of books he left with his own little signature chew.

These are some of my favorite pictures EVER. I lost my big dog of many, many years recently, and this reminded me of one of my favorite aspects of big dog ownership: CUDDLE PRIVILEGES!!!

Thanks a bunch for sharing.
