I can tell a lot of time and thought went into this

Kellen: "Mom, for Halloween, I need you to get me a belt and a sword."

Kristie: "Um, ok. What are you going to be?"

Kellen: "A dude with a belt and a sword!"

ah that's funny. My two year old wants to be a kitten...I don't think it has anything to do with halloween though :(

I'm not sure what I expected but "a dude with a belt and a sword" wasn't on my short list. Too funny. At least he made it easy on you.

This just made me laugh out loud! Kellen is my kind of man with his creativity and originality!

Here's an idea.....you should rent out your many costumes from all the school projects your kids had to dress up for. You could be rich!

One thing's for sure, he's definitely becoming a man!!!! At least this will be one less costume you have to make this year.

I will trade you! My son wants a real working guitar, real cowboy boots (he just outgrew his), a real cowboy hat and a real horse so he can be Chris LeDoux for Halloween.

Hey Kristie! I got an email today regarding how you can earn things for your school by ordering drinks from Sonic. You can enter the codes from the cups of shakes, slushies, etc. to vote. The promotion ends in October, though may be available next year too. The site is:

I'm not sure if there is a code for Dr. P's, but if there is, I'm sure your teacher/school will come in first place! :)
