She might not always get it right ....

Assignment: create a board game based on the 6th grade English book report, and draw scenes from the book to decorate the board game. Brayden's book had a graveyard scene.

She might not always get it right, but she tries hard, and sure makes me smile.

Man, I love that kid.

If I were going to have a headstone I would want that on it!

That is too cute!

I remember having the same project in elementary school. Things don't really change much do they?

LOL!!! It took me a sec :)

That's so cute!!!
I know if my daughter did that and I laughed she would refuse to take it after knowing the mistake.
That must have taken her awhile. I hope it gets an A+!

I am truly ashamed to admit how long it took me to find the error. Do you have a 'Not Quite What I Had Planned' for dummies?

It took me a minute to realize what the "mistake" was. I actually like it! :) RSVP- she just wants to make sure others will be joining her!

I was subtracting and came up with 74 and STILL couldn't figure out what was funny. FINALLY I got it. Yep, I need the DUMMIES version too!!

Wow... that's something you'd see on Martha Stewart's headstone.. still throwing parties even after she's gone! That is priceless!

Had to reread to get the joke. Not that bright this morning. That is a funny one. Out of the mouths of babes.

I am so glad that you did not correct it before she sent it in. I live in an area with highly educated people...you should see some of the kids' projects. I cringe when I look at what my kids take to school. I always make them do all the writing themselves, but compared to a photoshopped. scrapbooked project theirs can't compare.

I am SOOOO glad to see I wasn't the only one who had to take a minute to figure out what was so funny LOL! So when and where is the party?

I think RSVP is about the most hilarious thing I've ever seen on a tombstone. Love it. There's real talent there, Mom!

Haaaaaaaaaaaaa! I read it and read it and read it some more before I figured out what wasn't right with it. Adorable! (And reinforces why having a blog is a good thing --- to document the good stuff).

And I see (having read the comments) that I'm not the only one that took a while :)

Another one who's not to quick on the up-take. I was doing the math and wondering why only 74??? And then I re-read the rest and started laughing! Keep that for the scrapbook!

OMIGOD Kristie----- too, too, TOO HILARIOUS!!!! Did you tell her about the error. The humor of it alone is worth an A++ in my book! That is, if the teacher even notices the mistake!

Well, if the cemetary is particularly popular, she MIGHT have to RSVP. By the time she's 100, they might be pretty full!

Is that in case you're buried alive? So cute!

Took me a moment to get that joke :)

I am gutted to hear that Blaine's cancer has returned. Here's one more person praying for your family and Blaines recovery and continued endurance of his treatment.

*still laughing*
OMG, too funny! At first I didn't even catch it & was trying to figure out if it was the dates or something you were talking about. When I finally caught on, I couldn't (and still can't) stop laughing. "Kids do the darndest (sp?) things!"
