The Biggest Whiniest Loser

OK, not to diminish or take away anything that anyone has accomplished, because holy cow, thirty or forty pounds in four weeks is amazing, and those people are working their tails off, quite literally, while I do nothing more than sit on the sofa and operate the remote control and continue my non-stop anxiety-related-stress-eating of chocolate chip cookie dough, so really, who am I to belittle anyone, but with all that said ..........................

Holy cow, are there a lot of stinking crybabies on that show this season or what?!?!

It's "being voted off a weight loss show" ..... it's NOT "discovering your home was lost in a hurricane" or "finding out a loved one has cancer" or for pete's sake, it's not even "backing over your dog with your car."

I understand the concept of drama and ratings .... but for the love of all that is holy, stop with the whining and crying already. I'm so annoyed I can't even enjoy my cookie dough.

I thought I was the only one who felt that way. "tear- sniff-sniff-tear". I feel better now Kristie! :)

I haven't seen much this season, but I thought the same thing of the little bit I did see.

Cookie dough for you, huh? I went with pizza last night. Maybe I'll try cookie dough for next week's episode!

I actually stayed on the eliptical for 30 minutes while watching this show. I love it. Although I never want to be heavy enough to be on that show, but I would love to go there for a week to learn how to eat and exercise.

I agree totally. A big bunch of crybabies. And, has anyone else noticed that they have cut all the challenges out of the show? Now thay take 45 minutes for the weigh in, dragging it out so long and repeating everything so often that I could miss 90% of the show and still know exactly what happened!

When something is interfering with your dough eating--that's just wrong. I think you need to switch over the Food Network where you can revel in your eating with no whining to distract you.

And what is up with those whiners anyway? Why did they sign up? Good grief.

I was thinking the exact same thing!!! I've decided that is what a DVR is for - I fast forward through all the tears!

YES!!!!

They are so fricken whiny this season that watching them turns me into Jillian and I have to restrain myself from smacking my TV set.

I am sorry the whiners ruined your cookie dough experience. I missed it as I was out drinking raspberry margaritas! Sounds like I made the better choice ;)

Oh I totally agree...As I was watching the show, I wanted to smack them. get over it already, you signed up for this. UGH! I just finished making fresh homemade chocolate chip cookies...Mmmm! They are so delicious warm and melty, I am not a dough fan though. Wendy

I loved when Jillian screamed at them! I so agree with you.

You know, usually my brain yells, "I know!" or "I completely agree!" or some such exclamation when reading your blog entries.

But this time? I have no clue what you're talking about. I guess I could watch the show, but that would mean figuring out how to use the stupid new remote that came with the DVR we finally got. And I'm choosing not to learn how to use the dam* remote because it's stupid: too many buttons, names for the buttons that don't make any sense, having to aim it just-so to make it work at all... The only reason I can even turn the TV on at all is because the other remote can do it. Bah.

Now, post about how the heck did some of us have become so old that we need to have mammograms (in about an hour from now), so I can go back to saying ferocious "Yeah!"s in your comment section :)

I've never seen this show before, though after reading your post, I may have to watch it for comic relief.

You eat cookie dough while watching the Biggest Looser too? I thought it was just me!

They are crying because they are hungry. Have a sandwich already

This week, I think it was WAY too dramatic with the "no, Daddy, I don't want you to go" hype at the end. Of course the dad (Jerry) had to go. #1 -- If he stayed, he would be dead. #2 -- If he stayed, he would be kicked off next week anyway. I think Coleen has more long-term potential. Although, I thought the same thing about the Toms and look where that got them
