Kendrie: "Mom, hurry! Come and see what I did!"
Kristie: "Hang on just one second, I’m putting on my makeup."
Kendrie: "You don’t need make up!"
Kristie, "Awwww, that’s so sweet. Because Mommy is so pretty already?"
Kendrie: "No, because I want you to hurry up."

Ah yes...they always know how to put your feet FIRMLY on the ground don't they? Have a great day!
Ah the mouths of babes. Priceless.
Twerp. ;)
I'm always glad to read your funny, funny blog, and so glad that Kendrie continues to rock on. Best to your whole family.

I call those "thumper" remarks.. because I always want to thump their little noggins like watermelons.... ;<}
awww cute lol
Love it. Don't you just sometimes wish you were back at this age were you could just say what you are really thinking and not think twice about whether you said the right thing? Life gets so complicated as adults. Christie, so glad that you have chosen to keep blogging. You keep it real girl.....
Are they letting you sing yet? If you're not allowed to put on your makeup, are they giving in on the singing concession? At least that would be something in your favor. I can't sing around my children. Ever. It "hurts their ears."
ha ha ha,
i've had those conversations before, lol.
i prefer those, to the ones that are yet to come as they get older, lol.
