Boy, this is going to keep you busy for a long time. Also, you can watch my favorite channel - H>V for all kinds of ideas. Some of what you're saying can be done pretty cheap if you DIY. Lots of decorating ideas/paint colors/etc. at HGTV.com. What's hot right now - paint all trim, including baseboard, white. White cabinets in kitchen are also popular, and pretty timeless. Kitchen counter tops - one word: granite. If it already has hardwood floors, refinishing those will get you more rent money. Wall colors - check HGTV. Have fun!!!!!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-36095574.post-60665527247924137512007-11-25T23:51:00.000-05:002007-11-25T23:51:00.000-05:00Well, at least Brayden isn't like me...I only wear...Well, at least Brayden isn't like me...I only wear a size 5 shoe (makes it hard to find anything to fit at all!) but unfortunately the rest of me isn't in proportion to them. I'm not some tiny, petite little thing; the rest of me is about a size 12/14, so I can't explain why my feet stayed so small. Looks a little odd, this big body perched on these little feet, and people comment on it all the time. To make it odder, my tiny little grandmother, who never weighed more than 85 lbs her whole life and came up to my chin, wore size 7. Go figure!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-36095574.post-5844268691080878302007-11-25T22:29:00.000-05:002007-11-25T22:29:00.000-05:00I think I hit a size 9 around 10 years old, too. ...I think I hit a size 9 around 10 years old, too. I finally stopped at a 10.5 - 11. Those are some BIG feet she has! My boyfriend is 6'9" and he wears a 16 shoe. I think my children are going to be certified GIANTS. They didn't grow any more and I can still wear the Bass Weejuns I had in the 6th grade...except that I drew flowers and kites on them for some weird reason.cakeburnettehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02405378363107324973noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-36095574.post-84792832535547169782007-11-25T17:14:00.000-05:002007-11-25T17:14:00.000-05:00HOLY CRAP! But, I know what you mean {{{sigh}}}....my son is in a size 10 mens shoe. And, he's now taller than I (and therefore, much more difficult to "stare down")....did I mention that he's only 13??
